Shipping policy
We ship USPS. Once your package leaves our hands, we DO NOT replace if lost in the mail. Insurance must be purchased by the buyer, so convo us if you wish us to include insurance coverage. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Most items will ship in 7 business days, sometimes even sooner. During peak ordering times it can be longer before we ship. We plan to try to ship within 7 days however depending on how busy we may be we reserve the right to ship within 30 days if needed. Please convo if you need your order within a certain time frame to confirm that we will be able to meet your request.
**If you are ordering internationally, we recommend you request and pay for shipping insurance on your item(s). We have on occasion had orders get lost in the mail and we will not replace your order without shipping insurance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.**
