INVENTORY:
- Our inventory and stock changes both quickly & frequently.  Our shopping cart is for our retail customers only.  Wholesale orders must be placed via email, our website contact form, or by phone (208) 387-2641.  As we sell to both wholesale and retail buyers some colors may go out of stock without the inventory being updated online. An example of this is that orders are pulled on a first come, first serve basis-so stock may run out as an order is pulled. If we do not have your full order, your account with be credited the amount for the item that was unable to be filled on our end. Thank you for your patience with this matter.
-Please order enough to complete projects. Dye lots vary every time a color is dyed in shop and processed. We cannot guarantee an EXACT color from dye lot to dye lot due to the nature of the dyeing process. 
-Colors cannot be guaranteed wash fast. Although we set dyes to industry standards, we cannot control how the consumer decides to wash something i.e.
(water too hot can re-activate dye).
 
LARGE ORDERS/CUSTOM REQUESTS
-Please contact us 4-6 weeks in advance if you have a deadline/timeline a custom dye purchase is required by. This includes orders by wholesale shops for classes and large quantity purchases. 

-There are extra charges for dying special & custom colors. There is a $25.00 set up fee per color, it is a nonrefundable purchase. Please contact us regarding minimum yardage amounts.
SHIPPING POLICIES
-We ship via USPS.  Insurance is not included in your shipping charges, so if your order is lost in the mail, damaged or stolen we do not replace the order for free.  Once the postal service shows delivery on your package we consider it delivered.  If you have issues in your area with package theft we suggest you ship to your place of work or a more secure shipping address.
The Priority mail option does give you $100 in coverage from the USPS.


WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
-Shops - If you are interested in carrying any of our products please contact us. A valid TAX-ID is required for US shops. We accept Visa or Mastercard. First time orders must be $100.  There is no minimum order fee after you have placed your first order.   We offer automatic programs for all our lines.

 

-Designers - Our program for designers is a "replacement" program. We will replace the threads used for published patterns, at our discretion. Please provide us a shop-ready copy of the pattern for verification purposes. We can also dye special colors for your exclusive use or provide hanks for kits (minimum quantities apply). Please contact us for more information about either of our programs.
